Sika Spain is seeking an IT Business Manager in Alcobendas to oversee IT operations, ERP/SAP support, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on Power BI, AI initiatives, automation, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on IT expertise, strong support fundamentals, and a builder mindset to balance day-to-day operations with longer-term improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT management, ERP/SAP support, or business partnering roles.
• Experience in digital transformation, Power BI, AI initiatives, and enterprise systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT projects from planning through implementation and support.
• Manage ERP/SAP support, enhancements, troubleshooting, and user coordination.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services and end-user systems.
• Partner with department heads to understand IT requirements and align IT with business goals.
• Ensure system availability, security, and business continuity.
