REWE digital Spain in Málaga seeks an IT Business Analyst to join the Customer Relations & Sales (CRS) team. You will cover the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to rollout, interfacing between REWE departments and the product team.

You bring a degree in IT or business, experience with Salesforce, Jira/Confluence, SQL and BPMN/UML, and strong English. You thrive in agile environments and will help shape product vision, backlogs, and rollout plans.

Formación

• People-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Degree in IT or business or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience with Salesforce and working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SQL and business process modeling (UML/BPMN) is a plus.
• Jira and Confluence are common tools for you.
• Enthusiasm for commerce and business processes in a commercial environment.
• Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software projects.
• Very good English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accompany the entire software development process from requirements gathering to rollout.
• Act as interface between REWE departments and internal product team.
• Create process models, user stories, use cases, and interface specs for developers.
• Familiarize with business data and perform SQL-based analyses for stakeholders.
• Create test cases and perform functional, integration, and regression tests; plan rollout.
• Resolve tricky support cases reaching third-level support and document lifecycle.
• Organize and moderate workshops to identify user needs and wishes.
• Promote agile mindset and support the product owner with backlog planning and budgeting.
