Cellnex Telecom is seeking an IT Architecture Expert to define and govern the enterprise IT architecture across projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop comprehensive architecture plans, and ensure delivery within deadlines, quality standards, and budget.

You will shape SAP ecosystem architecture and oversee ERP integration while maintaining scalable, secure systems. The role requires a Master’s degree, advanced English, and strong leadership skills.

Formación

• Masters degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP, AWS SA) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define IT architecture across projects and supervise execution.
• Develop architecture plans integrating systems, apps, and network components.
• Define end-to-end enterprise architecture principles for SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA RISE, Ariba, SuccessFactors, SAP BTP).
• Ensure target architecture scales, is secure, maintainable, and standardizes processes across units.
• Design and govern integration of SAP SaaS/ERP with non-SAP platforms and legacy systems.
• Create architectural blueprints and models for IT systems and infrastructure.
• Lead implementation of architectural solutions within time and budget.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and enforce architecture standards.

As an IT Architecture Expert, you will be responsible for defining the IT architecture and supervising its execution across projects. You will manage and define project action plans, ensuring delivery within deadlines, quality standards, and budget, while coordinating cross-functional teams and non-direct collaborators.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive architecture plans that integrate systems, applications, and network components.
• Define end-to-end enterprise architecture principles for SAP ecosystems including SAP S/4HANA RISE, SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BTP.
• Ensure the target architecture supports scalability, resilience, maintainability, security and business process standardization across all countries and business units.
• Design and govern the integration of SAP SaaS and ERP solutions with non-SAP corporate platforms, legacy systems and third-party applications.
• Create detailed architectural blueprints and models for IT systems and infrastructure.
• Design scalable and reliable systems that meet business requirements and support organizational goals.
• Analyze and propose the technological solutions (both applications and infrastructures) that are the most optimal on a functional and technical level, are integrated with the other systems and aligned with the defined Systems Plan.
• Lead the implementation of architectural solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on the organization.
• Establish and enforce IT architecture standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

What We're Looking For

Education

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A professional certification (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is preferred.

Languages

• English: Advanced (Must-have)
• Any other Cellnex language: Intermediate (Valuable)

Tools & Systems

• MS Office: Advanced (Must-have)

Experience

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT architecture, systems design, and implementation.
• Experience in a multinational company.
• Experience in the telecommunication sector is highly valued.

Other relevant Skills or Characteristic

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Proficiency in architectural modelling tools and techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and software development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
