Orange Business seeks a visionary Head of Airline and Transport Industry Solutions to lead the development, implementation, and governance of industry-specific offerings across global clients. You will partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to translate strategic bets into tangible customer value, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

You will manage a cross-functional team, stay ahead of regulatory and technology trends, and mentor colleagues while shaping a scalable solutions

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in airline, transportation, or related industries.
• Proven track record in solution development, project management, and client engagement.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific challenges, regulations, and technological trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for airline and transport industry solutions in alignment with the head of ATi vertical.
• Lead the design and delivery of tailored solutions addressing industry-specific challenges, that build on and extend Orange Business portfolio into ATI vertical.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform solution development.
• Oversee project management, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities and leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the solutions team.

About The Role

The Head of Airline and Transport Industry Solutions is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of innovative solutions tailored to the airline and transportation sectors. This role involves strategic planning, client engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of tailored solutions addressing industry-specific challenges, that build on and extend Orange Business portfolio into ATI vertical

About You

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in airline, transportation, or related industries.
• Proven track record in solution development, project management, and client engagement.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific challenges, regulations, and technological trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives within the airline and transport sectors.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud solutions, and data analytics.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
