Exus Renewables is seeking a seasoned Structuring & Execution Manager to join the Investments team in Madrid. You will lead evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across M&A, corporate finance and private equity in an international environment.

You'll coordinate multi-disciplinary due diligence, build compelling investment cases, and manage transactions from origination to close and integration, with a strong emphasis on financial modelling and stakeholder alignment.

Formación

• 5+ years in M&A or related investment environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
• Master's degree in Finance or Investments is an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Lead detailed assessment of investment opportunities, including financial, commercial, technical, regulatory and strategic analysis.
• Build and present robust investment cases, supporting decision-making through clear financial and strategic rationale.
• Coordinate end-to-end due diligence processes, working closely with internal teams (Finance, Technical, Legal, Tax and Development) as well as external advisors.
• Prepare high-quality materials and recommendations for the Investment Committee.
• Support and coordinate negotiations with sellers alongside legal and financial advisors, ensuring transaction terms align with the company's investment strategy.
• Manage transaction execution through to financial close, ensuring milestones are achieved and risks are appropriately managed.
• Support the successful transition and integration of acquired assets following completion.

Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced Structuring & Execution Manager to join our Investments team. In this role, you will lead the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, working across multidisciplinary teams and external advisors to deliver high-quality transactions from origination through to closing and integration.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in M&A, investment banking or corporate finance who are looking to take ownership of complex transactions in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the detailed assessment of investment opportunities, including financial, commercial, technical, regulatory and strategic analysis.

What You Bring

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in M&A, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity or a related investment environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Engineering.
• A Master's degree in Finance or Investments is considered an advantage.
• Proven experience participating in or leading complex transaction processes.
• Strong financial analysis and valuation skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders throughout transaction execution.
• Advanced financial modelling skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Languages:

• Fluent English (C1 level).
• Spanish at a professional level is essential.
• Other languages will be considered an asset.
