Conren Tramway busca un Analista Senior de Inversiones en Madrid para apoyar la originación, análisis de mercado, underwriting y ejecución de financiaciones de nuevas oportunidades logísticas. Participarás en todo el ciclo de inversión, desde sourcing hasta cierre y gestión de activos, con foco en crecimiento del vertical logístico.

Se requieren 2–4 años en inversión inmobiliaria y habilidades avanzadas de Excel/PowerPoint; se valorará experiencia en deuda y equity de Iberia y dominio del inglés

Qualifications

• Se recomienda título universitario en negocio/finanzas/real estate.
• 2–4 años de experiencia en inversión inmobiliaria o servicios de transacciones.
• Experiencia probada alineando tu misión con desarrollo logístico, financiación y due diligence.
• Comprensión sólida de mercados ibéricos de real estate de equity y deuda, especialmente logística.
• Proactivo, detallista y capaz de gestionar múltiples flujos de trabajo.
• Excel y análisis financiero avanzados, con habilidades de escritura y edición en inglés y español.
• Nivel alto de PowerPoint y uso de herramientas CRM.

Responsabilités

• Identificar y evaluar oportunidades de inversión logística en Iberia.
• Construir modelos financieros detallados y análisis de sensibilidade.
• Coordinar due diligence con asesores internos y externos.
• Preparar memorandos de inversión para el Comité de Inversión.
• Apoyar en estructuración de transacciones y financiación.

Tus tareas

Working alongside a lean group of talented individuals, the Investment Senor Analyst will support the origination, underwriting, execution and financing of new logistics investment opportunities across the Iberian Peninsula, the refinancing of the existing portfolio and the execution of the Business Plans, contributing to the growth of the Logistics vertical. The role combines analytical, strategic, and transactional responsibilities, with exposure to the full investment lifecycle — from sourcing and underwriting to closing and asset management, and track impact in alignment with CT’s goals. This role blends analytical rigor with community partnership, ideal for a collaborative, equity-centered professional who enjoys both numbers and relationships.
In detail, you will act in different areas:
Origination & Market Analysis

• Support in the identification and evaluation of new logistics investment opportunities across the Iberian Peninsula.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to identify trends and target submarkets.
• Prepare investment teasers and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Help keep databases updated
• Lead Investment Outlook

Underwriting & Transaction Execution

• Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess investment returns and sensitivity analyses.
• Coordinate due diligence processes (technical, legal, financial, and environmental) with internal and external advisors.
• Draft, prepare and review investment memorandums for presentation to the Investment Committee
• Prepare financing materials, including financing recommendations
• Support in transaction structuring, negotiation, and execution of acquisition and financing agreements.

Asset Management

• Assist in drafting Asset Management Plan for acquisitions
• Business plan updates
• Track project performance versus underwritten assumptions and prepare periodic reports for management and investors.
• Liaise with development, design, and asset management teams to ensure alignment across all phases of the project.
• Monitor market and regulatory developments affecting ongoing or future projects.

¿Eres tú la persona que buscamos?

Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, real estate, economics, law, or a related field; advanced training/credentials welcome.

• 2-4 years of experience in real estate investment or equivalent experience in transaction services.
• Proven experience matching your expected Mission, including logistics development, financing, underwriting, due diligence, and closing processes.
• Solid understanding of both the Iberian equity and debt real estate markets, particulary the logistics segment
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate, manage and foster inclusive internal and external relationships
• Proficient writing, editing and proofreading skills with the ability to gather and organize information appropriately in English and Spanish.
• Proficient Excel and financial analysis skills
• Proficient PowerPoint skills
• Comfort with CRM tools
