Green Horizon Partners is seeking an Analyst to join its team in Madrid or London. The role supports sell-side and buy-side mandates, assisting senior team members with financial modeling, CIMs, teasers, and client communication.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in investment banking or M&A advisory, excels in Excel and PowerPoint, and can coordinate multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, transaction services or a comparable role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial databases and research tools is an advantage.
• Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial, market, and operational data.
• Experience conducting due diligence, including reviewing financial statements, KPIs, and commercial, legal, and operational information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate effectively in a small, senior-led team.

Responsibilities
