Advantage Media Services is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to coordinate and process inventory and receiving shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Valencia, CA. You will count, sort, and weigh inbound shipments and verify receipts according to AMS policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, communicating with drivers and client services, performing cycle counts, and generating proper inventory reports from InOrder.

Formación

• Minimum one to two years inventory control or related experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Forklift experience.
• InOrder system knowledge is preferred.
• Extreme attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with Supervisor or Inventory Manager.
• Follow systematic inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate inventory control or count procedures.
• Transferring product from one location to another.
• Assist other departments when help is needed.
• Maintain clear and effective communication on all inventory issues.
• Performs inventory moves.
• Performs and understanding of cycle counts.
• Performs and control physical inventories (able to provide directions and answers to count teams).
• Performs inventory adjustments in the system, and should be able to explain why adjustments are necessary.
• Exports proper inventory report files from InOrder into an excel format.
• Verify and inspect incoming parcel and supplies.
• Data entry of receipts, adjustments, and transfers.
• Accurate filing of documents.
• Communicate with truck drivers.
• Communicate with Client Services.
• Properly dispersing shipments to correct recipients.
