Amazon is seeking an Area Manager for AMZL Trans Vol in Spain to lead a team, coordinate with delivery stations, and align with central operations. You will drive planning quality, reporting and KPI tracking to support on-time customer delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires strong analytics, advanced Excel, and English proficiency, with experience in capacity/operations planning and process improvement. You will mentor associates and ensure SOP adherence.

Formación

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in capacity planning, operations planning or similar.
• Proficient in Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) and data analysis.
• Fluent in English (C1) written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong communication processes across Amazon teams.
• Provide visibility on actions and reasoning to earn trust from stakeholders.
• Scale services, tools, and processes to enable business growth while maintaining customer experience.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Sales and Operations Planning, and Ops leadership to align strategy.
• Work with technical and business teams to optimize planning and execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks and drive resolution of critical issues.
• Maintain and report up-to-date KPIs and management reports.
