Amazon Inc. in Barcelona is seeking an Area Manager for Trans Volume Intra-Week within the EU AMZL network.

You will lead a team, coordinate with Delivery Stations, third-party partners and Central Ops to optimize 24/48h and same-day planning, balancing speed, cost, and customer experience. You will drive capacity planning, KPI reporting and continuous improvements, requiring strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, SQL and Python familiarity, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivots, lookups).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of accurate information across Amazon teams.
• Providing visibility on actions and reasoning to earn trust from stakeholders.
• Remaining impartial to focus on the bigger picture without bias.
• Scale services, tools, and processes to enable business growth in Trans Vol footprint while maintaining customer experience.
• Work with Supply Chain in areas including S&OP and Ops leadership to align and execute strategy at DS and country levels.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to optimize planning, execution, process improvement and track progress against goals.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, drive resolution of critical issues, and escalate when needed.
• Maintain and report up-to-date KPIs, management reports and analysis.
