Pelican Products, Inc. is seeking an Intern in Supply Chain to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. You will support purchasing and logistics activities and gain exposure to a global, fast‑paced environment.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong interest in supply chain, and fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus. This internship offers meaningful project work and learning opportunities in an international setting.

• Support daily Purchasing and Logistics activities, including stock transfers and purchase orders.
• Assist inbound deliveries and shipping document reviews; coordinate with 3PL.
• Participate in projects and automation reporting as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily activity with Purchasing and Logistics such as:
  • Stock transfer and Purchase Orders, creation and management of inbound deliveries until receipt, review and approval of shipping documents, inbound planning with 3PL including the material receipt management to expedite outbound delivery creation and preparation.
  • Will also be involved in different projects to be defined according to skill sets, including reporting automation.

What We’re Looking For

• Pursuing completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Knowledge on Supply chain, experience will be highly valued.
• Verbal and written fluency in English is a must and German language a plus. Any other European languages an advantage.
• Flexibility and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced international environment.
• High personal motivation, a positive attitude.
• Good communication and a predisposition to work hard and learn.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
