Unddu in Barcelona is offering a paid 6-month marketing internship to help grow our brand presence across Switzerland, Spain and Portugal.

You’ll participate in ad creation, social content, inbound campaigns, blogging, scriptwriting, and KPI analysis, working with design and strategy on cross-market campaigns.

Reporting to the CMO, you’ll learn fast and contribute to PR, storytelling, video, copy, social, emails, events and lead generation across multiple markets.

Formación

• Studying Marketing, Journalism, Communications or similar.
• Interest in content strategies that resonate with an audience.
• Fluent in English and German is a plus; Spanish helpful but not required.

We are looking for someone to help us grow the presence of Und Du Swiss, as well as supporting the wider Youdera group (Switzerland, Spain, and Portugal) and y Tú Solar in Spain. We want to make some noise and establish our brands — and for that, we need fresh, creative talent. We’re looking for someone who loves telling stories and shaping them through different formats. It’s not every day you get the chance to join growing brands and help shape them as your own (with support from the team, of course — we know what’s fair to expect from an intern).

What you’ll do: You’ll be part of our (Amazing) global Marketing team based in Barcelona, and you’ll play a key role in building the Und Du brand in Switzerland, while also driving initiatives for Youdera and y Tú Solar — B2B solar energy brands on a mission to accelerate the energy transition.

You will be fully involved in ad creation, social media content, inbound campaigns, developing sales materials, blogging, scriptwriting, and KPI analysis and tracking. You’ll work closely with design and strategy to develop impactful campaigns that connect with our audiences across multiple markets and communicate our mission of sustainable energy.

It’s a great opportunity to dive deep into a marketing team that’s taking off and get involved in everything. All you need to do is roll up your sleeves, learn, and contribute to areas like PR, storytelling, video creation, copywriting, social media engagement, news production, events, email marketing, paid campaigns (Google, Meta, and others), lead generation... a bit of everything.

Now, a quick round of questions:

• Do you love words, writing, storytelling, and content marketing?
• Have you studied Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or something similar?
• Do you enjoy coming up with content strategies that resonate with an audience?
• Are you the type of person who always has a post, a caption, or an idea in your head? And are some of those ideas also audiovisual?
• Are you interested in the digital world, AI, and social media trends?
• Do you have a curious and data-driven mindset?
• Are you fluent in German and English? (Swiss German experience is highly desirable and a great plus, but any native-level German works—ideally from Southern Germany given the border proximity and cultural sensitivity to the Swiss audience. Spanish is a nice extra, but not required).
• Do you have video editing skills? (Not a strict must, but a very strong plus!)

Location: This role is based in central Barcelona (Pau Claris with Mallorca, just a step away from La Pedrera). We’d love to see your bright face in the office at least three-four days a week. Why? Because great things happen when we’re together: think brainstorming sessions, quick chats, and the magic of face-to-face teamwork. Some occasional trips to Spain (Zaragoza, mostly), Portugal (Lisbon) and Switzerland (Solothurn, Lausanne) might happen.

Contract: This is a paid 6-month internship with the possibility of extension. You’ll report to our CMO, Juanra Sanchez.
