Applus+ IDIADA, a global leader in automotive engineering, invites students in their final year of engineering to join its IT Infrastructure team. The role focuses on managing and resolving IT tickets related to networking, storage, virtualization, and datacenter operations.

You will help monitor wired and wireless networks, document issues, and assist with capacity planning. The position offers a highly flexible hybrid work model and exposure to an international, multicultural environment.

Formación

• Engineering degree student in final year (desirable Mechanical or Electronics).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• English proficiency required (medium to high).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve tickets related to networking, storage, virtualization, and datacenter operations.
• Document incidents and monitor wired and wireless network performance.
• Assist in capacity planning and documentation of IT infrastructure.

Job Description

Support the IT Infrastructure team by managing and resolving tickets related to networking, storage, virtualization, and datacenter operations, and by documenting these areas. Assist in maintaining the wired and wireless network by monitoring its performance, and manage disk storage by ensuring proper operation and sufficient capacity.
