Applus+ IDIADA invites applications for an IT Infrastructure internship role. You will support the infrastructure team by handling tickets across networking, storage, virtualization, and data center operations, while documenting activities and monitoring network performance.

The ideal candidate is an engineering student in their final year with strong English, good communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. The position offers a hybrid work model in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support IT Infrastructure by managing and resolving tickets related to networking, storage, virtualization, and datacenter operations.
• Document processes and monitor performance of wired and wireless networks.
• Manage disk storage and ensure proper operation and capacity.

Job Description

Support the IT Infrastructure team by managing and resolving tickets related to networking, storage, virtualization, and datacenter operations, and by documenting these areas. Assist in maintaining the wired and wireless network by monitoring its performance, and manage disk storage by ensuring proper operation and sufficient capacity.
