The Carrefour European Purchasing Office, in collaboration with Eureca Mayoristas, seeks a seasoned tax leader to manage strategic tax planning and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. The role drives cash-flow optimization and provides internal advisory support to Accounting and Legal teams.

• Tax compliance — Timely fulfilment of tax obligations in several jurisdictions.
• Cash-flow optimization — Manage tax credits and VAT refunds to improve liquidity.
• Internal advisory — Support Accounting and Legal with expert tax guidance.
• Regulatory monitoring — Analyse regulatory changes and lead operational updates.
• Transfer Pricing — Oversee implementation and documentation.
• Tax authority management — Handle audits, inspections and requests.
• Group alignment — Ensure local strategies follow Group tax policies.
• External negotiation — Lead tax-related discussions with clients, suppliers and partners.

The role ensures strategic tax management and full national/international compliance for Eureca Mayoristas and Eureca Trading, acting as the technical tax lead across multiple jurisdictions and coordinating VAT, transfer pricing and global tax obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
