Reclut is seeking a Senior International Accountant to join its global finance team in Murcia. The role covers the full accounting cycle, with exposure to intercompany processes and coordination with HQ and other group entities.

You will manage invoices, postings, accruals, budgeting for IT and special recharges, assist monthly closures, and support the annual accounts process. Fluency in English, plus Excel and ERP experience (Navision/SAP), are essential.

Formación

• Degree in ADE or Economics with an accounting profile.
• At least 3 years of accounting and financial experience in an international company.
• Proficiency in Excel and Navision/SAP.
• High level of written English and good spoken command.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer and supplier invoices.
• Record accounting operations, payments, provisions and other transactions in the accounting books.
• Prepare HQ special recharges to Group entities (IT, Management Fees, IP Fees, BL, among others).
• Manage and monitor accruals and invoicing related to VOC contracts.
• Manage investments and monitor depreciation.
• Monitor advance accounts.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly accounting statements.
• Prepare the budget for all IT and special recharges.
• Participate in the annual accounts closing process.

Senior International Accountant

Based on operations of an international group, with reporting duties tied to that HQ's general accounting function, including integration of the liaison office and coordination with other Group entities. The position takes on core general accounting responsibilities within a structured, international finance environment. It is a hands-on role covering the full accounting cycle, with real exposure to intercompany processes and cross-entity coordination at HQ level.
