Orion Pharma Iberia is seeking an Internal & External Communications Expert to shape and execute the Iberia communication strategy. You will craft clear, consistent messaging for internal audiences and external stakeholders, supporting leadership and brand alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field and 2+ years in corporate communications, with strong English and Spanish writing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or similar roles.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong understanding of communication channels and digital platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute internal communications plans aligned with company goals and employee engagement initiatives.
• Create messaging for internal newsletters, intranet, town halls, and leadership communications.
• Craft external communications and brand-aligned messaging for Orion Pharma Iberia.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and local management to ensure communication consistency and change-management support.
