Milestone Systems, a leading provider of data-driven video technology software, invites a motivated student to join our Software Development Team in Barcelona. An internship/trainee position offers hands-on experience designing features for XProtect and related products within a multinational, Nordic-values environment.

You will work with a dynamic team, gain exposure to cutting-edge tech, and contribute to real customer solutions while experiencing a flexible, hybrid schedule.

Formación

• Currently enrolled and active as a student in a Spanish university.
• Knowledge in object-oriented programming is required. Main preferred languages are C#, C++, C, Python, but Java (or comparable) programmers are welcomed as well.
• Knowledge in working with SQL Relational databases.
• Knowledge in Containerization like Docker, Orchestration like Kubernetes, CI/CD and test automation (GitHub Actions preferred).
• Good written and spoken English.

About the Team:

You will be joining one of the Software Development Teams based in Barcelona, Spain, accountable for designing and developing new features that enrich user experience, enlarge scalability, and improve performance of XProtect™ - the most widely deployed Video Management System in the world.

You will be part of a multi-cultural team within a multinational company with strong Nordic values counting three software development centres across Europe (Copenhagen, Sofia, and Barcelona), plus several other offices around the world.
