Job summary

Henkel in Barcelona is offering a 12-month full-time internship in Supply Planning. You will assist in translating mid-term plans into actionable short-term tasks and help develop accurate production schedules.

You will work with senior planners, analyze inventory, monitor performance, and contribute to process improvements. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are essential, and you should be well-organized and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and maintenance of short-term production schedules, ensuring data accuracy.
• Help track daily production performance against plans and report key deviations.
• Collaborate with senior planners to assess stock levels and identify potential risks or imbalances.
• Assist in analyzing inventory data, including slow-moving and obsolete items.
• Participate in alignment meetings with stakeholders across Supply Planning, Purchasing, and Production.
• Contribute to the documentation and standardization of planning processes.
• Engage in cross-functional projects focused on planning efficiency, digital tools, or process improvements
