Henkel is offering a 12-month internship in Barcelona, Cataluña, Spain. This full-time internship starts September/October 2026. You will support operations and project management, monitor KPIs, and help drive timely delivery of innovation projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate speaks fluent English, has strong MS Excel and BI tool skills, thrives in a team, is proactive, and eager to learn and contribute within a dynamic, global company.

Formación

• 12-month internship with full-time schedule (8 hours per day, minimum 6 hours).
• Start: September/October 2026.
• Interest in Operations and Project Management.
• Fluent English language required.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and contribute.
• Good command of MS Excel and BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and report KPIs; ensure projects stay on track and tasks are completed on time.
• Track innovation project timelines and manage deadlines with teams.
• Provide detailed status reports to the PIM on artworks and article workflow.
• Support obsolete materials/product management after promotions.
• Participate in project meetings and review meeting minutes.
• Update HINT PM tool with tasks for product launch.

What you will do

• Monitoring and reporting of KPIs, ensuring projects remain on track and tasks are completed on time.
• Monitoring the implementation timelines of different innovation projects and managing deadlines with the respective teams.
• Monitoring and providing detailed status reports to the PIM (Project Implementation Manager) on final artworks and the article creation workflow (WF).
• Supporting the request, management, and follow-up of obsolete materials/products after promotional projects.
• Participating in project implementation meetings with different teams and reviewing meeting minutes.
• Updating HINT (project management tool) with the different tasks required for the launch of an innovation.
