Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Data Science or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to structure thinking and communicate clearly.
• Experience in fast-paced, international environments.
• Curious, proactive, and willing to challenge the status quo.
• Comfortable with AI.
• Fluent in English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Garantizar la consistencia de datos y la gobernanza en todos los activos de reporting, definiendo métricas y lógica del semántico.
• Crear, documentar y compartir buenas prácticas de visualización de datos y definiciones de KPI.
• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener dashboards usando Qlik y PowerBI.
• Colaborar con IT y proveedores externos para garantizar operaciones estables y soportar datos.
• Contribuir a iniciativas de innovación, incluyendo IA y análisis avanzado.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure data consistency and governance across all reporting assets, overseeing metric definitions, and semantic layer logic to ensure a single source of truth for brand and performance reporting
• Create, document, and share best practices for data visualization, KPI definition, and insight generation to improve consistency and efficiency across EMEA reporting teams.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards and presentation tools using technologies such as Qlik and PowerBI, to effectively communicate insights and performance metrics
• Partner with IT and outsourced providers to ensure seamless support, stable data pipelines, robust platform performance, and timely resolution of technical issues
• Contribute to innovation initiatives, including AI-driven insight generation, automated commentary, advanced analytics, and semantic layer development to enhance decision-making across the business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Economics, Economics; or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to structure thinking and communicate clearly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Curious, proactive, and willing to challenge the status quo
• Comfortable with the use of AI
• Fluent in English C1 level
