ERNI is seeking a Data Governance specialist to contribute to the configuration, support and continuous improvement of a SaaS platform. You will work with Collibra or similar solutions, combining software engineering mind-set with functional analysis and incident management across development, QA and production environments.

You will be supported by a mentor and a godparent, with regular 1:1s and a plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

Formación

• Software engineering background with SaaS platforms and enterprise apps.
• Experience with Collibra or similar Data Governance platforms.
• Experience in application configuration, incident management, and business user support.
• Understanding of APIs, integrations and multi-environment setups (Dev/QA/Prod).
• Familiarity with software releases and platform upgrades (e.g., Jenkins).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and investigate application incidents while supporting business users.
• Configure and maintain Collibra or similar SaaS platforms across Dev/QA/Prod.
• Open and follow up vendor tickets, identify defects, and support upgrades.
• Coordinate with technical teams to align with new releases and business requirements.
