Job summary

International Company in Barcelona seeks a Finance Specialist to manage intercompany billing in SAP, support IFRS16 lease accounting and fixed assets, and coordinate tax treatments across entities.

The role requires strong SAP expertise, ability to ensure accurate invoicing, accounting, and tax coding, with collaboration across Accounting, Tax, Controlling, IT, Legal and local finance teams. Hybrid work policy applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in intercompany billing and SAP processes.
• Knowledge of IFRS16 lease accounting and fixed assets in SAP.
• Ability to ensure correct invoicing, tax coding and reporting.
• Experience coordinating with Tax, Legal and Transfer Pricing stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and process improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Intercompany billing and SAP process ownership.
• Manage end-to-end intercompany billing in SAP for services, interests, royalties and other flows.
• Ensure invoices include required wording, references and tax information.
• Coordinate tax treatment and validate tax codes in SAP.
• Maintain documentation for intercompany transactions.
• Support IFRS16 and fixed assets processes in SAP.
• Coordinate annual budget process for intercompany charges.
• Drive SAP automation and process improvements.
• Liaise with Tax, Controlling, IT, Legal and local finance teams.
