MTS Globe seeks an Integration Manager to define requirements and oversee the development and go-live of integrations with clients and providers. You will coordinate with the integration team and stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable connections across real-time distributed systems.

You will document in English while daily conversations may be in Spanish. You will collaborate with clients, providers, and developers, writing epics and user stories, and participating in lean-Agile ceremonies to

Formación

• Two+ years of proven experience in a driven IT company or IT role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a global, matrix team environment.
• Experience with API improvements and functionality enhancements.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of real-time distributed systems and strong technical interest.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; German a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define requirements and supervise development and go-live processes for integrations.
• Monitor performance and act as the main contact between developers and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple existing and new integrations with clients and providers.
• Collaborate with clients, providers, distributors, and internal teams to collect epics, stories, roadmaps.
• Participate in lean-Agile ceremonies and help teams set priorities and plans.
