Job summary

Rise Technical in Elche, Spain is seeking an Integration Technician Manager to lead three technical teams and own the delivery of integration, assembly and testing across launch systems. Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in aerospace/aviation integration, assembly or maintenance with proven team management.
• Degree/Higher Vocational Training in Mechanics, Automation, Electromechanics, Installations & Maintenance (or similar).
• Strong knowledge of structural assembly, fluid systems and electrical installations, and ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate three integration teams across assembly, maintenance and testing operations.
• Oversee integration of tanks, propulsion systems, launch structures and fluid systems.
• Provide technical leadership on mechanical, pneumatic/hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting.
• Drive process optimisation (manuals, work orders, inspections, reports) and continuous improvement.
• Support travel between sites (Elche / Teruel) and report progress through the management system.

Are you an Integration Technician Manager, Integration Team Leader or Assembly & Maintenance Supervisor looking for a role with real ownership, where you will lead multiple technical teams and drive integration and maintenance of critical launch and test infrastructure within a growing space launch business?

On offer is the opportunity to join an international company vertically integrating engineering, testing, manufacturing and operations, where you will oversee and coordinate three technical teams delivering assembly, maintenance and testing across launch systems, test benches and propulsion integration activities.

In this role you will supervise installation and integration of tanks, propulsion systems, launch structures and fluid systems, ensuring work is executed to engineering instructions, drawings and safety protocols, while supporting hands-on troubleshooting across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems.
