One Air Flight School in Málaga seeks FI(A) Flight Instructors to deliver PPL, Integrated ATPL, and advanced training with a modern Diamond, Tecnam, and Cirrus fleet. Main base is Málaga city with operations at LEMG and LEAX.

We offer a permanent full-time contract, a 3‑month probation, organized schedules, and two days off weekly. Salary ranges €1,700–€3,300 gross plus supplements; licences and medical certificate included.

Formación

• Valid FI(A) licence and applicant must meet flight instructor requirements.
• Good level of English (ICAO 4) and basic Spanish.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt teaching approaches.
• Clear communication and student development focus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver training for PPL, Integrated ATPL, and advanced courses.
• Conduct single- and multi-engine operations (DA20, DA40, SR20, P2008, DA42, P2006T).
• Include simulator instruction and ATPL/PPL theoretical training.
• Monitor and assess students throughout courses.
• Travel to operational bases as required.

One Air Flight School is looking to recruit FI(A) Flight Instructors to deliver training for PPL, Integrated ATPL, and advanced training courses using a modern fleet consisting of Diamond, Tecnam, and Cirrus aircraft.

Main base: Málaga city

Operations:

LEMG – Málaga/Costa del Sol

LEAX – Axarquía Aerodrome

What we offer:

• Permanent full-time contract (40 hours per week)
• Probation period of 3 months
• Organized and structured schedules
• Two consecutive days off each week, including at least one weekend day
• Gross salary between €1,700 and €3,300 + supplements (depending on experience, ratings, and activity)
• Licence revalidations and medical certificate included
• Instructor upgrade courses included

The following FI ratings are considered an advantage:

SEP, CPL, CRI, IRI, Night Rating

Main duties (depending on experience and ratings):

Single‑engine operations:

• Diamond DA20
• Diamond DA40
• Cirrus SR20
• Tecnam P2008

Multi‑engine operations:

• Diamond DA42
• Tecnam P2006T

Additionally:

• Simulator instruction
• ATPL/PPL theoretical training
• Student monitoring and assessment

Requirements:

• Valid FI(A) licence
• Good level of English (minimum ICAO 4)
• Basic level of Spanish
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different student profiles
• Strong communication skills and student development focus
• Professional and solution‑oriented mindset
• Availability to travel to operational bases
