Nordex is seeking a dedicated Installation QA Lead to manage the quality system for construction projects in Granada, Spain. You will recruit and organize the QA team, coordinate with subcontractors, and provide technical guidance on quality during site activities, shaping site quality practices in line with project goals and company standards.

You will oversee KPI collection and presentation to inform decisions, lead QA technicians, and ensure alignment with construction QA processes.

Formación

• Bachelor in Engineering or Architecture.
• Valuable training on constructive processes.
• Experience in a similar position is valuable.
• Leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Strong knowledge of quality management and KPI reporting.
