Kings College School Soto de Viñuelas is seeking a passionate part-time Secondary Teacher of Science (Biology) to join our vibrant Science Department. You will teach Biology and general science across the secondary age range, plan engaging, differentiated lessons and inspire students to develop a strong understanding and enthusiasm for biology.

Fluency in English is essential, and you must hold a recognised teaching qualification with relevant experience at secondary level.

Formación

• Holds a recognised teaching qualification and has relevant experience teaching Science/Biology at secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge in Biology and a genuine enthusiasm for the subject.
• Fluency in English is essential and expected.

Responsabilidades

• Teach Biology and Science across the secondary age range, as appropriate to experience and timetable.
• Plan and deliver engaging, challenging and differentiated lessons.
• Inspire students to develop understanding and enthusiasm for Biology and the sciences.
• Assess, monitor and report on student progress in line with school expectations.
• Establish positive relationships with students and maintain high achievement and behaviour expectations.
• Contribute to curriculum development and science department growth.
