The Whiteam Consulting is seeking an experienced Insider Threat & DLP Security Analyst to join our cybersecurity projects focused on protecting sensitive enterprise data from deliberate or accidental external loss.

The role emphasizes extending and refining DLP baseline controls, identifying insider threat scenarios, analysing security data and logs, and developing threat hunting techniques for Santander data.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, security monitoring, DLP, insider threat, or a related field.
• Strong experience in data analysis and security monitoring.
• Solid experience with SIEM platforms and log analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP and cloud/SaaS environments.

Responsabilidades

• Assess insider risks and balance them with business requirements for securely sharing data with approved third parties, regulators, and customers.
• Protect sensitive enterprise data while ensuring security controls do not hinder colleagues' activities.
• Identify and define insider threat use cases in collaboration with the DLP Insider Threat Lead.
• Perform insider threat hunting across security monitoring and data sources.
