Job Description

You will be the main point of contact for our current and prospective clients.

You will ensure that clients come to you with their logistics-related questions and you will strive to support them in the best possible way. You are someone who knows how to challenge clients and keep them informed about the latest developments.

You will maximize opportunities within the existing business.

What will your day‑to‑day look like?

• You will be the main source of information for clients, and your innovative ideas will ensure the organization continues to grow and improve.
• You will be responsible for transferring all client requirements to the operational teams.
• Regular maintenance and expansion of the existing client portfolio.

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum required qualification: Vocational Training (Intermediate/Advanced Level). (A completed or ongoing university degree will be valued.)
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, preferably in the logistics sector.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of English.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Skills to assess business needs.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Flexibility in working hours is important within our organization, including for this role: Flexible schedule: 08:30 – 17:30 or 09:30 – 18:30.
