Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Agent with native level of Spanish language who will be part of our amazing Sales Team.

Responsibilities
  • Support Clinic sales representatives in converting potential deals and closing sales.
  • Outbound (phone, emails, and WhatsApp) contact potential patients.
  • Direct communication with financial institutions to negotiate and provide patients with the best payment options.
  • Collection management and recovery.
  • Recapture older leads to transform into new sales.
  • Work with your manager and teammates to improve our processes; we do care about your ideas.
Qualifications
  • Native or Bilingual level of Spanish language.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Advanced level in English. Any other language will be a plus.
  • Good command of IT skills and cloud service; we use G‑suite.
