Lifeware is seeking curious minds to join its Barcelona engineering team to solve complex problems and build software with real-world impact. You’ll collaborate with clients, design scalable architectures, and master both backend and frontend development in an autonomous role.

Experience is welcome but not mandatory; Lifeware values analytical thinking and problem solving. You’ll work with product and actuarial experts to translate business needs into elegant technical solutions, in an Agile/XP

• Background in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM discipline
• Passion for programming, problem-solving and continuous learning
• Ability to take ownership of complex problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Eagerness to work in Agile/XP environments, embracing modern development practices like continuous integration and peer collaboration
• Strong team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and engaging with customers
• Enthusiasm for translating complex challenges into real-world solutions

Innovative Problem Solver & Software Engineer

Barcelona is growing!

We're expanding our engineering team and looking for curious minds who want to solve complex problems and build software with real-world impact.

You'll have the autonomy to make impactful decisions across the entire software lifecycle. Collaborate with clients, design scalable architectures, and master both backend and frontend development. Rather than just taking orders, you will work directly with product and actuarial experts to translate complex business needs into elegant technical solutions.

Whether you’ve finished your PhD, your Master’s, you’re recently graduated, or already have industry experience, we’d love to hear from you. We value core analytical thinking and problem-solving skills above all.
