Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking a dedicated educator for our Barcelona campus to implement thorough lesson plans, assess student progress, and collaborate with psychologists and coordinators to support diverse learners. The role emphasizes safeguarding, wellbeing, and partnership with families.

You will work within ISP's values, ensuring open communication, teamwork, and active participation in school activities, while adhering to uniform and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance and send plans via email to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize the necessary materials for classes.
• Fulfill the objectives outlined in the general plans distributed at the beginning of the year.
• Maintain the grade book up to date; enter grades at the end of each evaluation period and semester.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
• Support students with special needs, including gifted learners, with the Academic Coordinator and psychologist.
