SQUAD Group in Barcelona is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to join a hybrid team focused on maintaining and securing mission-critical cloud environments. You will work on Azure and AWS, drive automation, and contribute to IaC initiatives within a client-facing DevOps context.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of cloud operations experience, strong scripting skills, and fluency in English, with a service-oriented mindset and calm under pressure.

Formación

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Cloud Operations on Azure and AWS.
• Proficiency in Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and DevOps automation.
• Solid knowledge of Azure Networking, security, IAM, and Policy as Code.
• Scripting ability in Python, PowerShell, YAML, and KQL.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong service orientation, communication skills, and composure under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in daily operations, ensuring the availability, performance, and stability of cloud environments.
• Implement automated deployments through CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation).
• Manage Azure networking, configuration, security, and identity (VNET, NSG, IAM).
• Design and maintain self-service workflows and Policy as Code frameworks.
• Contribute to scripting and automation efforts using Python, PowerShell, YAML, and KQL.
• Act as a technical reference point, balancing hands‑on execution with clear communication across teams.

As part of our growing team, we're seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer . Based in Barcelona , this role will put you at the heart of a client's Cloud & DevOps organization, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of mission-critical cloud environments.

Your Role

You are a key contributor to the day-to-day operations of the client's cloud infrastructure, combining strong technical DevOps skills with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. You'll ensure the reliability of Azure and AWS environments while driving automation and infrastructure-as-code practices forward. You'll work closely with the internal teams to strengthen deployment pipelines, harden networking and identity configurations, and enable secure self-service workflows across the organization.

Your Responsibilities
