You will ensure the availability, performance, and security of Azure and AWS environments, driving IaC and automation via Terraform, CI/CD, and scripting in Python/PowerShell.

The role emphasizes collaboration, secure networking, and self-service workflows, with strong English communication required.

Formación

• 4–6 years of Cloud Operations experience, Azure and AWS.
• Proficient with Terraform, IaC, CI/CD, and DevOps automation.
• Knowledge of Azure Networking, security, IAM and Policy as Code.
• Scripting ability in Python, PowerShell, YAML and KQL.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication.

Cloud Operations Engineer - Barcelona (Hybrid)

As part of our growing team, we're seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer. Based in Barcelona, this role will put you at the heart of a client's Cloud & DevOps organization, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of mission-critical cloud environments.

Your Role

You are a key contributor to the day-to-day operations of the client's cloud infrastructure, combining strong technical DevOps skills with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. You'll ensure the reliability of Azure and AWS environments while driving automation and infrastructure-as-code practices forward.

You'll work closely with the internal teams to strengthen deployment pipelines, harden networking and identity configurations, and enable secure self-service workflows across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

-Participate in daily operations, ensuring the availability, performance, and stability of cloud environments.

-Implement automated deployments through CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation).

-Manage Azure networking, configuration, security, and identity (VNET, NSG, IAM).

-Design and maintain self-service workflows and Policy as Code frameworks.

-Contribute to scripting and automation efforts using Python, PowerShell, YAML, and KQL.

-Act as a technical reference point, balancing hands-on execution with clear communication across teams.

What You Bring

-4 to 6 years of experience in Cloud Operations on Azure and AWS.

-Proficiency in Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and DevOps automation.

-Solid knowledge of Azure Networking, security, IAM, and Policy as Code.

-Scripting ability in Python, PowerShell, YAML, and KQL.

-Fluent English, written and spoken.

-Strong service orientation, communication skills, and composure under pressure.
