Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Fire Protection and Fire & G engineering.
• Proven experience in offshore projects.
• Advanced knowledge of fire protection, detection, alarm, and gas detection systems.
• Advanced knowledge of fire protection, detection, alarm, and gas detection systems.
• Experience with hydraulic calculation software (PIPENET preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• English level B2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, design, and implementation of fire protection and gas detection systems.
• Prepare engineering documentation including specifications for fire detection and F&G systems.
• Conduct site visits for supervision of installation, commissioning, and start-up.
• Provide construction support and site visits for installation and commissioning.
• Review vendor documentation.

We are looking for a Senior Fire Protection and Fire & Gas (F&G) Engineer with solid experience in offshore projects to lead the development, design, and implementation of fire protection and gas detection systems for industrial facilities and buildings.

• Development of engineering documentation, including:

• Fire Protection Philosophy and F&G Philosophy
• Passive Fire Protection Philosophy and building sectorization
• Specifications for fire detection, alarm, and F&G systems (plant & buildings)
• Fire Protection specifications and equipment lists
• F&G system block diagrams and architecture
• I/O lists for F&G systems
• Fire water line lists and demand calculations
• Hydraulic calculations for firefighting systems
• Datasheets for fire protection, detection, alarm, and F&G equipment
• Layouts for F&G, detection & alarm, and fire protection equipment
• Preparation of requisitions and technical bid tabulations for fire protection and gas detection systems.
• Design, specification, and requisition of fire protection systems for buildings.
• Technical coordination and follow-up with vendors, system integrators, and subcontractors.
• Review of vendor documentation.
• Construction support activities.
• Occasional site visits for supervision of installation, commissioning, and start-up.
