Ioon is seeking a Software Engineer AI to design and implement scalable AI-enabled backend services in a cloud-first environment, focusing on ML, CV, and RAG capabilities.

You will collaborate with data scientists and frontend engineers, deploy models to production on Azure, monitor reliability, and stay current with Generative AI trends. Hybrid work in Barcelona with three days in office.

Formación

• Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs for AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with ML/AI, Python, and computer vision.

Software Engineer AI

Software Engineer AI (Machine learning, Python, computer vision). Preferred experience: Development of AI solutions. Required technical skills: Develop scalable backend systems and APIs to support AI solutions utilizing Azure services. Build and optimize cloud-based AI solutions. Integrate advanced AI functionalities such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), speech-to-text and other AI models into production environments. Utilize Azure Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB and Azure Key Vault to enhance performance, security and efficiency.

Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers and frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of AI models and solutions. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and resolve problems related to backend services and model deployments, ensuring high availability and reliability. Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends in Generative AI, particularly around LLMs and prompt engineering.
