Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm helping clients solve complex transactions. As an Associate in the TAG team, you will support clients through Transactions Advisory engagements across Spain and Europe, working with senior team members and clients to deliver accounting and advisory solutions.

You will gain exposure to Private Equity, financial institutions, and corporates, leveraging deal experience and contributing to market-facing activities.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years audit experience, preferably Big4.
• Fluent English and fluent Spanish.
• Strong academic record in Finance and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in Spain and across Europe.
• Collaborate with Directors and TAG team to deliver high-quality accounting and advisory solutions.
• Support business development and client relationship building.
• Provide analytical insights and valuation considerations for transactions.
• Engage with operational and commercial professionals in project teams.
