Grail Talent is seeking an Influencer Talent Manager to oversee the careers of our creators, helping them grow their audience and monetize content. You will use our in-house software and negotiate deals with brands and record labels.

This role offers remote work, flexible hours, and uncapped commission. You will collaborate with top brands like Sony Music and Amazon Prime Video to shape influencer campaigns and maximize earnings.

Formación

• Familiar with TikTok and Instagram platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work autonomously and remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and scale creators' portfolios and brand deals.
• Scout and sign new creators.
• Foster strong partnerships with brands and agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to grow Grail’s talent roster.
• Work autonomously with flexible schedule.
