Sulzer is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Segment Marketing Manager to drive growth across the Industrial Water segment. You will shape and deliver integrated marketing strategies that connect customer needs with Sulzer's full portfolio, creating compelling value propositions and driving measurable business impact.

Qualifikationen

8+ years of B2B marketing in industrial sectors.
Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and lead-gen programs.
Ability to translate complex technical solutions into customer value propositions.
Strong stakeholder management in global matrix organisations.
Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

Develop and execute the Industrial Water segment marketing strategy.
Define customer-focused value propositions, positioning, and messaging.
Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, ABM, and lead gen.
Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to support growth.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver One Sulzer approach.
Monitor market trends and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
