Siemens Digital Industries Software is hiring a UI/Visual Designer to join our internal product design team, creating clear and visually compelling experiences for our engineering software portfolio. You will work with a globally distributed UX team and collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders across multiple internal teams.

• Validated experience in visual design, UI design, illustration, 3D modeling, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craftsmanship and iconography/illustration work.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; Blender experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create polished 2D and 3D icons, pictograms, glyphs, and other UI artwork for commercial engineering software products
• Translate technical, industrial, and engineering concepts into intuitive, visually clear interface elements
• Apply established visual systems and art direction to produce consistent, high-quality design assets
• Gather requirements from product teams and stakeholders to understand design needs, workflows, use cases, and constraints
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, QA testers, field teams, documentation writers, and other stakeholders across multiple internal teams
• Present design rationale clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback thoughtfully
