Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a UI/Visual Designer to join our internal product design team and help develop clear, polished experiences for our portfolio of commercial engineering software. You will create polished 2D and 3D icons and UI artwork, translate complex engineering concepts into intuitive interfaces, and ensure consistency by applying established visual systems across products.

• Portfolio showing visual craftsmanship, problem-solving, attention to detail, and iconography/design work.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craftsmanship across iconography and interface design.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Experience with Blender or 3D modeling tools.
• Strong communication with multi-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Create polished 2D and 3D icons, pictograms, glyphs, and other UI artwork for commercial engineering software products.
• Translate technical, industrial, and engineering concepts into intuitive, visually clear interface elements.
• Apply established visual systems and art direction to produce consistent, high-quality design assets.
• Gather requirements from product teams and stakeholders to understand design needs, workflows, use cases, and constraints.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, QA testers, field teams, documentation writers, and other stakeholders across multiple internal teams.
• Present design rationale clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback thoughtfully.
