Diamond Foundry Inc. in Trujillo, Spain is seeking an IT Data Systems Technician to support manufacturing operations. You will ensure uptime of industrial IT equipment, provide service desk support, and implement security standards in a fast-growing, green-tech environment.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in IT or 3+ years of enterprise systems experience.
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Windows Server administration knowledge.
• Experience with Layer 1 networking and Google Workspace.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish; German is a plus.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain IT and infrastructure devices to ensure maximum system uptime.
• Provide service desk support and assist with technology rollouts.
• Perform vulnerability remediation and manage a subset of security tools.
• Develop technical documentation for system procedures and workflows.
• Assist in sourcing and configuring hardware and software from vendors.
