Diamondfoundry is seeking an IT Data Systems Technician to support manufacturing operations in Trujillo, Spain. This role ensures high uptime for IT equipment and provides proactive service desk support while working closely with a global IT team.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise systems and networking.
• Advanced knowledge of ITSM tools and procedures.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and maintain IT and infrastructure devices for maximum system uptime.
• Provide comprehensive service desk support.
• Execute vulnerability remediation and manage software security tools.
• Develop technical documentation for system procedures.
• Assist in sourcing hardware and software components.
