Airbus Operations SL in Illescas seeks a Data Analyst & Problem Solver Specialist to bridge complex datasets and strategic decisions on the shop floor. You will investigate issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive predictive plant strategy using AI tools.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related technical field.
• Experience applying data analysis and root‑cause investigation on shopfloor.
• Proficiency in Python, Pandas, ML, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of SPC, Pareto, structured problem solving (8D/9S).
• Strong written and spoken communication; ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Advanced English and Spanish language skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive Data Analytics & AI initiatives: collect, clean, analyze, build predictive tools, automate pipelines, and dashboards for KPIs.
• Lead Advanced Problem Solving using 9S/8D and root-cause analysis, implement containment/corrective actions, track ROI.
• Promote Export Control Compliance (EPoC) as local point of contact and guide compliance efforts.
• Mentor industrial teams in data analytics, supervise subcontracting deliverables, influence stakeholders with data-driven evidence.
• Implement SPC analysis and data-driven tolerances to prevent recurrence and establish preventive mechanisms.
