Alstom busca un profesional con experiencia en Lean Manufacturing para liderar mejoras en Servicios y Mantenimiento. Trabajarás junto a equipos de Industrial, Producción, Ingeniería, Calidad y Compras para estandarizar procesos y optimizar KPIs, impulsando la transformación digital.

Se valorará formación en Ingeniería Industrial y al menos 5 años en roles similares, con inglés C1 y conocimientos en SAP, Python o CATIA.

Formación

• Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en puestos afines.
• Conocimientos aplicados de Lean Manufacturing.
• Nivel de inglés C1 y capacidad de comunicar en entornos internacionales.
• Conocimientos deseables en SAP, Python y CATIA.

Responsabilidades

• Implementar y aplicar herramientas Lean en proyectos de Services.
• Estandarizar procesos y mejorar eficiencia de mantenimiento.
• Notificar incidentes/near misses que afecten la seguridad ferroviaria.
• Desarrollar mapa de mejora continua y estandarización de exámenes de mantenimiento.
• Gestionar KPIs principales y mejorar la eficiencia de procesos.
• Trabajar con producción para tomar decisiones basadas en análisis de datos.
• Colaborar con equipos transversales para ejecutar el roadmap de Transformación Digital.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your knowledge and experience in developing continuous improvement methodology in Services Operations. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.

You will implement and apply lean manufacturing tools in projects executed by Services as well as the implementation of execution tools developed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial Team, Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Project Managers), collaborate to the implementation of the Digital Transformation roadmap and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of establishing the way forward in the execution of the activity, but also collaborate to meet the objectives established by the management for Maintenance Projects.

We’ll look to you for:

• Implement and apply lean manufacturing tools in projects executed by Services as well as the implementation of execution tools developed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance.
• Standardization of processes
• Notify incidents / near misses that affect Railway Safety to its hierarchical superior and EHS managers.
• Develop continuous improvement map / standardization of maintenance exams-activities
• Management of main KPIs.
• Improvement in the efficiency of the processes
• Work with the production department to make decissions based on the data analysis.

• Academic background: University degree in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical, Electrical or related studies.
• Experience: minimum 5 years working in similar positions.
• Essential: Applied knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
• English level of C1
• Desirable knowledge in SAP, Python, Visual Basic, Big Data and Automatization Process.
• Knowledge of CATIA industrial will be very valuable
