CENTURY 21 Luxe – Marbella / Costa del Sol is seeking self-employed Real Estate Sales Agents to build their own client portfolios in the luxury residential market across Marbella, Benahavís, Estepona and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Self-Employed / autónomo status required or willing to register in Spain.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a professional team.
• Commercial mindset and results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own client portfolio for luxury properties.
• Coordinate property viewings and follow up with buyers and owners.
• Guide clients through the purchase or sale process and close deals.
