Collaborate with Finance, HR, Compliance, and senior management to optimize commercial performance and data governance across the organization.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of incentive compensation models and sales force effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of forecasting processes and business planning principles.
• Ability to translate strategy into measurable objectives and allocations.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, maintain, and govern incentive compensation plans.
• Monitor performance results, payouts, and incentive effectiveness.
• Lead Field Force sizing, territory design, and customer segmentation.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for leadership.
• Support data-driven decision-making across Commercial, Finance and HR.
