VORN Bioenergy is a leading biomethane producer and project developer expanding across Europe. We are strengthening our Spanish team in Córdoba (Andalucía) or Madrid with a Legal Counsel / Abogado (m/f/d).

Join us to shape the legal strategy for renewable energy projects, negotiate contracts, navigate permitting processes, and collaborate with an international legal function while supporting rapid growth.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Law.
• Several years of experience in-house or at a leading law firm.
• Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and managing business contracts, ideally in procurement, construction, services and/or project finance.
• Renewable energy experience valued but not required.
• Native-level Spanish and excellent English, both written and spoken.
• Solution-oriented, commercially minded, and able to navigate complex projects.
• Calm, reliable, and proactive team player in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and negotiate the legal foundations of renewable energy projects.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice to enable business growth.
• Support permitting and regulatory workstreams.
• Manage external law firms and counsel.
• Lead negotiations with private counterparties, lenders and authorities.
• Be the go-to legal partner for the Spanish team.
