Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Per Diem Physician to provide in-home health evaluations for members in their private homes. The visit lasts about 45 minutes and uses an iPad with a clinical workflow; prescribing medication or altering therapy is not required.

The role is part-time, with anticipated weekly hours around 12, and requires travel within licensed states. Virtual visits may be conducted as needed, and malpractice insurance and supplies are provided.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Travel locally within licensed states as needed.
• Conduct in-home health evaluations using an iPad and clinical workflow.
• Provide Signify Health services including diagnostic and preventive screenings when indicated.
• Offer virtual visits as needed.
